Need some help on deciding if eyelash extensions are for you?

Check out our eyelash extensions FAQ,

and if you can't find the answer there, give us a call!

What to Expect from an Eyelash Extension Treatment

When you come to our beautiful, relaxing salon, you'll be greeted by a

friendly face and offered a seat while you wait for your lash artist.

You'll then go through to meet with your lash artist in one of our private

rooms and will have a consultation where you can describe the look you

are after, from a very natural look to a very full glamorous look.

During the consultation, you and your lash artist will determine the right

length, thickness and curl of lashes to apply to your own lashes. You'll then get to lie down on the treatment bed, and what happens next

is entirely up to you. You can either take a nap and chill out to the background music, or you can chat with your lash artist about anything you want. Many of our clients think of it as their special time in which they can unwind and relax.

At the end of your appointment, you'll get to be amazed and wowed at the miraculous transformation your eyelashes have undergone in just a short amount of time - we're guarantee you won't be able to stop looking at them and fluttering them.

Full Eyelash Extension Set 120 minutes - $150

Full Lower Eyelash Extension Set 60 minutes - $100

With our full set of eyelash extensions, our lash stylists will apply a lash extension to each of your natural lashes. Each set will be fully customized to the look you are after, whether you're after a glamorous red carpet look, or an everyday natural look, our lash stylists know how to pick the right length and thickness of lashes, so that you get the look you're after, while keeping your lashes healthy.

We use only the best products on the market, Lavish Lashes.

Refills  $75

Touch-ups are recommended every 3-5 weeks. You MUST have at least 25% of lashes remaining at the time of your appointment

Please schedule a new set if it has been over 5 weeks from your last appointment or you have less than 25% of your lash extensions remaining

Eyelash Extension Removal 30 minutes - $25

Sometimes you want a break from wearing lash extensions, or need your eyelash extensions removed because they are irritating your eyes, or you have had a reaction to the adhesive used. If this is you, we have you covered! The removal process entails applying a gel to your lashes to weaken and dissolve the adhesive that is keeping the lash extension attached to your natural lash.

Once the adhesive has been sufficiently weakened, we can safely remove the extension away from your natural lash, and once the process is complete, you'll leave the salon with all your natural lashes but without any of the extensions attached. On each visit to our salon, our goal is to leave your lashes in the healthiest state possible; that means we won't tug or pull at your lashes as part of the removal process because that would risk damaging them.

The cost of the service will depend on how difficult it is for us to remove the extensions - sadly, we see many clients from other salons where lashes have been poorly applied, or bonded with an inappropriate adhesive, or the lashes are glued together! Upon inspection of your lashes, you will be told how much the cost of the treatment will be.

Do I need to protect my eyelashes from water while showering or outdoors?

Just for the first 24 hours but then afterwards the bond that we use to apply eyelash extensions is waterproof by design. You should be able to experience your normal life while wearing them, without worrying about them too much. The fill falls out sometimes, of course, but we offer a convenient refill service here at our salon.

How often will eyelash extensions need to be touched up?

You’ll want to schedule a touch up once every 3-4 weeks. As long as there are enough eyelash extensions remaining (approximately 25%). We offer a refill that will save you money over a new set of extensions.

How long does it take to remove false eyelashes?

Our procedure for our own lashes is usually only 30 minutes, and we are extremely careful. We dissolve the adhesive of the fake lashes, and remove them as soon as it’s finished without damaging or removing your natural lashes.

Why do you use Lavish Lashes?

Lavish Lashes has been around for over 10 years. The lashes they supply are the most comfortable lashes out there. Lavish Lashes are painless weightless and water resistant so you can sweat, swim or shower worry free!

How long do eyelash extensions last?

When applied by a skilled lash artist, we would expect lash extensions to stay attached to your natural eyelash right up until it sheds as part of the natural shedding cycle (don't worry, every time you shed an eyelash, a brand new baby one is ready to take its place). The shedding cycle for lashes is about 60 days for most people, however, each lash will be in a different part of its growing cycle at any given time, so some lashes will be closer to the point of shedding compared to others.

What kind of adhesive do you use?

Divine Elegance uses formaldehyde-free, surgical-grade, hypo-allergenic adhesive. Our adhesive is supplied to us by Lavish Lashes, and it is regularly cited by industry, media and lash artists as the best adhesive on the market.

Can I wear eye makeup or mascara with my lash extensions?

Absolutely! You can wear eye makeup and mascara, but you need to make sure any products you use around your lash extensions are water based, and not oiled based. Oil based products will loosen the bond between the natural lash and the lash extension and as a result, it will fall out sooner.

Do lash extensions damage your natural lashes?

When applied by a skilled and properly trained lash artist, they will make sure that they only use lash extensions that are capable of being supported by your natural lash, selecting a suitable lash for each of your individual lashes, and they will make sure that each lash extension is affixed to a single lash - the lash horror stories you hear about in the media are the result of poorly trained lash technicians who apply lashes that your natural lash is unable to support.

How do I take care of my eyelash extensions?

  • DO use sealant before an intense workout or swimming, or any other situations where a lot of water is going to come into contact with your lashes.

  • DO wash your eyelash extensions with a cleanser that is oil-free.

  • DON'T sleep face down

  • DON'T use any oil based products around your eyelashes - oil will weaken the bond between your natural lash and the extension.
